This product calls for those who own land and are not able to develop due to financial constraints. Mvuka develops the land commercially for you and we share the rental income till the loan is repaid.

Emergency Loan

• Ksh.300,000 Max / PAYABLE IN 6 MONTHS
• Minimum net pay of Kshs 5,500.00 after disbursement
• Member salary must pass through FOSA
• Maximum repayment period is 6 months
• Interest rate is charged 10% upfront
• Processed within a day

Normal Loan (36 Months)

• Ksh.3,000,000 Max / PAYABLE IN 36 MONTHS
• To apply for the loan, use the official form. Fill it out completely and sign it by hand, both the applicant and guarantor(s).
• The Loan Applicant MUST attach an original pay slip (not more than one month old to the date of application).
• Loans are granted in accordance with the loan policy and lending conditions existing at the time of application.

Normal Loan (48 Months)

• Ksh.6,000,000 Max / PAYABLE IN 36 MONTHS
• To apply for the loan, use the official form. Fill it out completely and sign it by hand, both the applicant and guarantor(s).
